The Mission
Next Step Development Corporation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit developer of rental tiny home communities for those exiting homelessness or housing instability. Our mission is to provide safe, affordable long-term housing along with partner organizations providing voluntary wraparound services including job, financial literacy, life skills training, and assistance accessing mental health and substance use support. We will have resident-focused services such as meditation areas, vegetable gardens, food pantry, clothing closets and home essentials.
The Vision
Our vision is to respect the dignity of individuals experiencing homelessness by partnering with our residents to take the next steps in their journey to living a life of hope by addressing not only their need for permanent housing but also their need for belonging and healing. The homes are tiny but they make a huge impact!
